Director of Resident Care

"Since becoming an RN in 2008 my passion is to work with the elderly. Alzheimer's and dementia residents hold a special place in my heart. I am married with three very active boys."

Reflections Team Phillicia Jackson

Phillicia Jackson

Life Enrichment Director

"I received my Bachelor's degree in Music Education at Oakland University; however, I wanted the tools to help people more through music. I chose to continue my education at Western Michigan University where I received a Masters Degree in Music Therapy. As a child living in the Metro Detroit area, I would often visit my great Aunt Mable. I believe this is where my love of spending time with the elderly started. Out of the 6 years I have worked in the health care field, between my Life Enrichment and Caregiver positions, I have worked in memory care for approximately 4 years."

Reflections Team Lisa Wolf

Lisa Wolf

Office Manager

"Prior to working at Ganton Senior Communities, I was a stay at home mother to my 2 daughters because my husband was in the Marine Corps. Once we moved back to Michigan I knew I wanted to work in an environment where I was able to help and take care of others. I started at Ganton as an aide, worked my way up to a Medication Technician, then to a Med Room Manager and now the Office Manager. I have loved every step of the way and the opportunities it has given me to grow as an individual and a team player. Outside of my "day job" I enjoy watching my teenage daughters dance and play softball and spend as much time as possible traveling."

Business Manager

“I have worked for the Ganton family for over 16 years, starting at the original Lansing location, which is where I live with my husband of 36 years.  We have 2 adult children, one grandson, and of course our big ole’ Great Pyrenees – Leila.  In our spare time, we enjoy camping, kayaking, hiking, biking & reading.  I love working for Ganton’s along with enjoying the residents & all my co-workers!"

Reflections Team Susan O'Dell

Susan O'Dell

Marketing Associate

"My entire career has been in the medical field. A few years ago a fire ignited when I began working in a rehab facility that also had a memory care building. Helping guide families through the process of choosing the correct living situation fills my heart with such joy. When I am not helping other families, I love to spend time with our family either on our farm or up north at the cabin exploring. We have 6 children and 6 amazing grandchildren."

Mashion Zimmer, RN

Registered Nurse

“Healthcare has always been my passion. I worked as a CNA for 7 years in a long-term care facility before going to KCC to obtain my nursing license. Prior to joining the Reflections Team, I worked as an RN in my local hospital. I liked the hospital but my heart has always been caring for those who have Alzheimer's and dementia. I genuinely feel a sense of fulfillment advocating for our residents on behalf of their families. My husband, Nick, and I have three boys, Carson, Kai, and Keith. I am very fortunate to have such an amazing family and great friends."

Anthony Capitano

Anthony Capitano

Head Chef

“After High School and serving in the U.S. Army, I found myself in a professional kitchen learning how to cook for the first time. Now I have been cooking for the vast majority of my adult life. I found nothing more satisfying in my chosen profession than to see someone happy with a meal that I created. When I came to Ganton Senior Communities in 2017, I instantly knew that I had found something special. I am blessed to have the opportunity to enhance the lives of the residents in this community every day!"
